MAX BUETTNER COLLECTIVE

DE: Neben seiner Rolle als Sideman hatte Max sein Soloprojekt stets im Blick und veröffentlichte zwei Alben: Drifting (2017) und Lucid Dreams (2023). Musikalisch bewegt sich die Musik zwischen Hip-Hop, Jazz und Popmusik und springt zwischen akustischen und elektronischen Elemente hin und her. Max‘ Reisen formten einen großen Pool an Musiker*innen, die Teil dieses Kollektivs wurden. Das Max Buettner Collective. 2025 wird das kreative Ergebnis vieler New-York-Besuche der letzten Jahre das Licht der Welt erblicken. Die Kompositionen dieser Jahre haben einen besonderen Schwerpunkt auf zeitgenössischem Jazz und werden mit Spoken-Word in Form von Gedichten, Kurzgeschichten, Samples und sozio-kulturellen Beobachtungen kombiniert. „Reconnect“ wird über das Berliner Label X-Jazz Music im Dezember 2025 veröffentlicht. 



ENG: While enjoying the role as a sideman he continuously had an eye on his soloproject, releasing two albums: Drifting (2017) & Lucid Dreams (2023). Musically bouncing back between Hip-Hop, Jazz and Popmusic, loving acoustic and electronic elements of music likewise. Max’s travels formed a big pool of musicians all around the globe and he invited them to be part of this collective. This project is about collabs. 2025 will birth the creative output of many visits to New York City of the recent years. The compositions of those years will have a specific focus on contemporary Jazz combined with spoken word in form of poems, short stories, samples and social cultural observations.
